Borrowing the genius of Anton Newcombe and The Brian Jonestown Massacre, 'Thank God for Mental Illness 2' is a celebratory cover of their psychedelic shoestring lo-fi1996 recording 'Thank God for Mental Illness.' I just love the music so much I made a version of the record in my living room, including sounds of clanky radiators and roommates. Its pretty faithful to the album except for the last part.
